I really liked the colors on this mat and thought I'd save a few bucks...don't make the same mistake! The mat was crumbling where the carry strap was looped around the mat during shipping. The thickness was okay but since the material was so cheap I could feel the floor through it. It had "memory" issues where the imprints from hands, knees, feet, carry straps, or what ever else on the mat stayed for a very long time just adding to the cushion issues.
