Harmony - A Natural Yoga Mat Review
The real pleasure of this mat is its dense cushion. I have a bony spine, and I have yet to be uncomfortable in poses on my back (like Happy Baby). As far as stickiness is concerned, it is excellent until you start to break a heavy sweat. I still need a towel at the front of my mat if I'm doing several Sun Salutations in a heated room. A much better value than the expensive famous "black mats." Those are ice skating rinks for me too, but are heavier and cost at least $20 more. It may be that as I continue to use it the surface will become stickier - that's happened with other mats I've had. I'll see!Harmony - A Natural Yoga Mat Overview
