Gaiam Audio Yoga Mat - Koi Fish Review
This is a great concept. The quality of the audio out put could (and likely will one day) be better, but I love having the flexibility of being able to take my mat and audio with me anywhere. I just plug in my Ipod and I have Eternal OM, Stephen Halpern, Kimba Arie, and Rodney Yee at my side. I have been able to do my practice on the front porch which is so nice...out doors, birds chirping, breeze blowing. Ahhh. Yes I can practice without audio prompts, but I also love having to not think.
