I've used many exercise mats before, but I've never had one travel this well. Most mats seem to stay in position if you leave them rolled up when not in use, but this one easily lays on the floor. Also, the mat is surprisingly soft and easy to clean. The top layer is more comfortable than the traditional gym class mats, but it is just as easy to wipe down. If you are looking for something lightweight and low maintenance, this is probably an excellent exercise mat for you.
