Thought this item was going to be really great. Tried them on when they arrived, and attempted a down dog position. I have been doing yoga for almost a year now and though that these might enhance my practice. The cloth between your fingers digs into your skin making it VERY uncomfortable. Tried adjusting weight and pushing hands into the mat to release some of the pain. Did not release any pain and so I will be returning these.
