Do not buy this product. It hurts like h*ll to attempt using and you can't return it once you find that out. A total waste of money.I thought it might just take a little while for my stomach to get used to it; so I tried to grin and bare it. My goal was to hula hoop for 1 minute. I got 15 seconds and my stomach was killing me. Not killing me as in it was a little sore from working out... Killing me as in bruised instantly from the way it pounds against you. Directly after using it I had a red mark on my stomach that felt like a bruise for a couple of days.
I wouldn't recommend this product to anybody.
