DO NOT BUY THIS YOGA MAT!!!! This mat is not thick at all and is the slipperiest thing I have ever tried to do yoga on. I spent $32 on this including shipping costs and am beyond disappointed. I tried doing yoga on it and every time I was in downward dog my hands slipped forward 8 inches. I finally got so annoyed that i threw it against the wall and finished my session on the floor.
