I'm sorry but I'm slipping on this towel. The blue sticky side sticks nicely on the mat, but the towel side is slippery so my hands slip with a down dog, and feet slip out of alignment in triangle or other poses. I need a towel that doesn't slip on both sides! This is not the one.
