I will be honest, I've only used this yoga mat once, but while in class in Warrior Pose, my feet were totally slipping. I have never had this problem before, and it was quite a nuisance. I was not that sweaty, although my feet were a bit moist. This is the first 'waffle pattern' yoga mat I have ever used so maybe it's a common problem with this variety.
