I love the thickness and length of this mat. Because it is 1/4" thick, it helps when using on hardwood floors--providing extra cushioning for any pose. The length is nice too--my other yoga mat was shorter and I feel that I have a fuller range of movement with this length. Slip resistant material is great--but not too sticky that you have a hard time shifting positions.I got the purple color and it is great---just as pictured.
It comes with a strap that you can put on the mat when it is rolled up and it acts like a carrying strap.
I found I could use my mat right away--i did not notice the odor that I have had with other mats.
Price is great!
