I purchased this because of the convenient package with the resistance bands. The bands a great! But the pull-up bar rates par. I borrowed a friends pull up bar made by iron gym. The iron gym pull up bar was solid. There was no flex in the metal when using it. (I weigh about 140lbs). This pull up bar must be made of a weaker/ cheaper metal and it flexes, even when I do a pull up. I would be afraid of a 250 lb person using this bar. I wish they sold the bands separately.
