This bag is a little awkward to carry because the material is rough and stiff. The bag itself is very oversized. It has more than enough room to pack all your yoga accessories and a towel and probably anything else you may need, but there is only one compartment, so it's hard to pile things in around your mat. I would have preferred a bag that fit my mat a lot better and was made of softer fabric, so it was easier to carry.
