I received the items within a week. It arrived in a box which was reused which is great except that it did not completely cover the mats. The items were wrapped in plastic as if new but were in bad shape - very dirty and slicde in places as if by a razor blade. All the squares were tan - but different shades so it looks off. We ordered the mats for our 7 month old and three year old to play on but they are so dirty, that even after cleaning them I don;t feel comfortable putting the kids on them. If I wasn't so busy taking care of my kids, I'd take the time to defintely return the mats.
