Overall I'm very happy with this set. It was a nice change from flat on the floor, on the end of the bed, on a chair, etc. :) I use it once a day, for 15-20 minutes. After a couple months of use the zafu has compressed a little bit. I'm a pretty average size guy, and not all that flexible, so I'm sitting a touch flatter than I'd like to be. Still, it is overall very comfortable, and the zabuton is thick and soft, so it provides a comfortable spot.
