Cap Barbell Yoga Kit Review
The mat is very thick and is sticky enough to keep my hands and feet in place. I had read about other mats smelling bad, but this one was fine. The blocks and strap were also good quality. The instruction sheet was not great, but information can be found online fairly easily and I have taken classes before. The printing on the mat is useful for finding the center.
